Now we offer a service that gives you the option to follow our programming without having to work with you 1 on 1, which can be more budget-friendly. With this service you get a program written for you that is 3-5 days a week, and 3-5 weeks long. Most of that is figured out in our initial consultation that we would do together. That can either be done in person or via Skype/Facetime. In this service, we also provide feedback on all of your lifts. Whether it is powerlifting related or you want to lose a couple of pounds, we can provide a program for you.
One on One
This service is the most popular choice by our members. This type of program gives us an opportunity to work with you in person in a one-on-one setting. This service very beneficial to someone that needs more one-on-one attention, especially if they are more of a hands-on learner. This service can also speed up the "education" process of our programs & an opportunity for immediate feedback. We can schedule our sessions around your free time. We are open for sessions on all hours of operation.
Don't live in Buffalo? No problem! We offer remote programming for any type of lifter. Bodybuilding, powerlifting, weightlifting, general strength training, weight loss, etc. we cover it all. Before we start programming, we set up a facetime/skype assessment where we go over goals, and how we go about training at Mustache.
